We welcome all holiday makers.
Our
accommodation in swanage is decorated beautifully to help you relax and
enjoy your stay. The house and rooms are light and airy, the floors
downstairs being stripped pine, all bed rooms and stairs are carpeted.
There is a guest fridge on the upstairs landing, hairdryers in all
rooms and the house is decorated with local art and photographs.
Guests
are welcome to sit in the front garden, which is planted with fragrant
flower borders, there is a table and seating for three to four people,
it gets the sun in the afternoon/evening
All
our rooms have tea and coffee facitlities (and mains water), flat
screen freeview televisions and good curtains. Please see details on

Our
lovely bed and breakfast is on a quiet residential street in town. It
is only a short flat walk to the
shops and the beach. For the train enthusiast we are only a short walk
from the world famous steam line which has a bridge for excellent
viewing of the Steam Trains. There is
ample free on street parking. Sam and Pete are happy to advise you on local attractions and activities.

prices are per room for two per night for bed and breakfast

special event weekends such as easter, bank holidays, blues,jazz and
folk festival are £85 per room per night. carnival is £85 a night for
stays of three days or less.
